How To Use:

Read all instructions before using. Always test a small area first.

  • Surface must be clean, dry, and free of oil and grease.
  • For proper performance, the application temperature of the adhesive and materials should be above 55° F (13° C).
  • Shake well before using.
  • Joints or parts should fit tightly.
  • Apply liberally and spread evenly on surfaces to be bonded. Clamping is recommended for 20-60 minutes. Do not apply stress to the joints for 24 hours. Remove excess wet glue with clean damp cloth. Close cap after use.
  • Initial bond forms in 20-30 minutes; 3-6 hours for 80% strength; 24 hours for 100% strength. Full water and heat resistance reached within 3 to 5 days.

Method of Application:

Plastic bottle with applicator tip can be used for fine applications. Also can be spread with a roller spreader or brush. For spray applications, the viscosity of Premium wood should be diluted to 500-1,000 cPs.

Cleanup:

Easy water cleanup before glue dries. Applicator tip or cap can be cleaned with water.

User Tips:

Not for structural or load bearing applications. Freeze/thaw stable but best when stored at room temperature. If thickened, allow product to return to room temperature and stir. glued area should be sanded thoroughly before staining. Can be painted over in 24 hours. Store product in dry area between 50° F (10° C) and 80° F (27° C).
